Richard Morse worked from June to August 1969 at the AFSC rehabilitation & refugee relief center in Quang Ngai, South Vietnam. Hired to maintain vehicles, he tells how he also was drawn into the production of a documentary film about the hospital.

Since 2011, Richard has been a member of the Northeast Regional Executive Committee & the Corporation of AFSC.
